All the doctors are epilepsy specialists. We accept patients of all age.

〇First of all, please make an appointment through a phone(052-961-1709).
〇It is very helpful if you can bring a Japanese speaker for your appointment. If you cannot, please let us know it. We can arrange an English speaker only.
〇An appointment will require several hours(first appointment only). Please make sure you have enough time for your appointment.
〇If you have a printer at home, please print out questionnaires(written in Japanese) and fill them in before your appointment.
〇If you want to make any change for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
〇Please call us a week before your appointment date to make sure you can actually come. If you don’t, the appointment may be cancelled.
〇Please bring any information you think helpful.

2. All visits require appointments.
In order to avoid many people coming to the clinic at the same time, all visits require appointments.
This appointment system is for you to come to the reception. You may need to wait for a while until you see doctors.
3. You can make appointments online.
Online web system is available at http://drmorikawa.mdja.jp.
*For EEG, you need to make an appointment in person on the phone or at the reception(not online).
*When your last visit is more than 60 days ago, you need to make an appointment in person on the phone or at the reception(not online).
*When you wish to bring someone other than family members, you need to make an appointment in person on the phone or at the reception(not online).
